An integrated interior design ecosystem

Aiti composes homes that feel uniquely, unmistakably yours.

Luxury interior design, composed in Bengaluru.

Not the designer alone. Not a contractor. Not a vendor. From first sketch to move-in day, Aiti answers for the entire outcome. The integration isn't a feature we added, it's the structure that makes the design promise deliverable. It runs through two subsidiaries Aiti owns outright.

The design

Every home begins with the person who will live in it.

Not a house style. Not a reference vocabulary. We listen first, how you live, what you need, what you haven't yet found the words to ask for, and compose from there. No two Aiti homes read as the same hand.

How Aiti composesHow Aiti composes++

I don’t start with a house. I start with a person - how they move through a morning, what they reach for without thinking, the room they’d never show a guest. A home should be unmistakable, the way a person’s handwriting is. Before we design anything, we spend a long time simply understanding who we’re designing for.
The home comes after. It always comes after.

The operation

The name that designs your home also makes it. And installs it.

Most premium homes lose something in the handovers, between the designer and the vendor, the drawing and the site. Aiti closes that gap by owning the whole of it, through two subsidiaries. Millborne produces to specification. Fulcro coordinates every trade on site. One accountable name, from first sketch to move-in.

The Experience Centre

We don't show our clients' homes.
We'll show you ours.

Discretion is part of what our clients pay for, their homes stay theirs, and yours will too. So instead of a portfolio, we offer something better: come stand inside the work. The Experience Centre holds design, making, and execution under one roof, on 100ft Road.

Considered Questions

Before we begin, here’s what you might be wondering.

1
Projects

Can we see your past work?

Accordion icon

Photographs only tell part of the story, so we’d rather walk you through a few homes with the people who built them. Book a visit to the Experience Centre and we’ll show you finished work, materials and details in person.

2
Work

Do you only design, or also build?

Accordion icon

Both, and that’s the point. Aiti designs your home and then builds it with our own teams. Fulcro handles civil, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting and automation on site. Millborne makes the modular work and millwork in our own factory. So your design arrives exactly as imagined, with no hand-offs and no guesswork. The team that designs your home is the team that delivers it.

3
Involvement

How involved will I need to be?

Accordion icon

As much or as little as you like. We’ll ask for your time at the moments that matter: the first conversation, design decisions, and choosing materials. Between those, we carry the work and keep you updated, so you’re not chasing vendors or managing a site. Many clients tell us they enjoy the process more than they expected to, because they only face the decisions that are theirs to make.

4
Process

What does working with Aiti involve?

Accordion icon

It begins with a conversation about how you live, not what you want to buy. From there we move through design, material selection, production and installation, and finish with a careful round of snagging before handover. Every stage has one team and one point of contact, so you always know where things stand.

5
Materials

How do we approach materials and quality?

Accordion icon

We choose materials the way we’d choose them for our own homes: for how they feel, age and wear, not just how they photograph. You’ll see and touch real samples before anything is decided. Because we make our millwork in-house, finishes are checked at the source, long before they reach your home.

6
Duration

How long does a home take?

Accordion icon

It depends on the size of the home and the level of detail, but we’ll give you a clear timeline before we begin. Because design, production and site work run side by side, nothing sits waiting its turn.

7
Location

Where are you?

Our Experience Centre is on 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar, Bengaluru. Come by to see materials and finishes in person, or book a private consultation and we’ll set aside time just for you.
